Real estate listings in Morocco: what to read before a viewing

What a sale or rental listing should state: property type, city, neighbourhood, floor area and price.

A real estate listing in Morocco is useful when the title says what you will visit: apartment or villa, sale or rent, city and neighbourhood. "Bright living room" does not replace "apartment for sale in Dar Bouazza, 3 bedrooms". That is the first filter, before the price.

The description should answer what a buyer asks on the phone: floor area, room count, floor or plot, parking, and what is included. A long-term rental and a holiday let are not the same product. The price should show its unit: the whole property, per square metre, per night or per month.

Our homes for sale and for rent are grouped by city. The Dar Bouazza, Tamaris, Ansari, Casablanca and Bouskoura pages collect the listings in each area. An empty neighbourhood page is not a dead end: tell us the property type and we look beyond the public list.

Photos matter as much as the text. Look at the front, the bathrooms and the outside, not only the living room. Each listing photo is labelled with the property type and the place, so you know what you are opening.

For a precise search, start with the city, then write to us. A listing is the starting point: the viewing, in Dar Bouazza or in the neighbourhood you chose, is when you check that the property matches.
